Thank-you for joining us and welcome to the Saskatoon Dragon Boat Club (SDBC), Saskatoon’s newest and only Saskatoon and area community dragon boat resources group.

Our club has members who have been actively involved in the dragon boat community for 20 years, participating in festivals throughout Canada and internationally — as well as members who are new to the sport. Our passion has brought us together to bring a Dragon Boating Club to Saskatoon.

Inspired by the FMG Saskatoon Dragon Boat Festival that takes place annually in Saskatoon SK, as well as by the teams Last Saskatchewan Pirates (mixed recreational team) and Busting With Energy (Saskatchewan's only breast cancer survivor team), the Saskatoon Dragon Boat Club is here to give back to our community that has supported our growing dragon boat community throughout the years.

Starting in 2018 with only a skeleton crew, we now have a small fleet of 2 of our very own authentic Six-Sixteen dragon boats, made in Vancouver British Columbia. With a seating capacity of up to 24 paddlers, we are ready to take out individuals in a group setting or larger groups that aim to build team spirit or develop their dragon boat skills.
